Wedding Fair

This weekend I attended the Twin City Bridal Fair. It was full of color, satin and lace, florals and excitable DJ’s. Wedding fairs are such a great opportunity to get overwhelmed by everything that is readily available to you. Brimming with vendors all wanting to get your business. Great deals, some deals you can only find at the bridal fair like discounts on your DJ and Photographer. The dresses in the fashion show were breathtaking and the crowd was filled with enthusiastic brides and their moms (although there were a few grooms and dads along as well). All in all, I would say the show was a success and I hope those of you that were able to go had a great time. And for those of you who have not gone to a wedding fair I highly reccomend it.

“Enchantment” Candelabra Vase

The presentation of flowers and candles in this unique candelabra vase gives you the best of both worlds in a fascinating arrangement. Accent the flowers in the center glass vase with three pillar candles elegantly displayed on the circular candleholders extending from the swirls of wrought iron. Resting on a triangular base, this design is truly one of a kind.

For richer, for poorer … here comes the bride

It wasn’t your typical rehearsal dinner, but it was
everything Liz Jones and Josh Dilworth hoped it would be — authentic, casual and
relatively cheap.

Guests by the dozens gathered in a barn on the Jones family
farm for a simple picnic-style meal. Afterward, they played croquet, horseshoes
and badminton, shadowed by towering grain silos and within earshot of lowing
cattle.

Okay, I really am 50/50 on disposable cameras. It can be a very costly to develop all that film for ONE good picture. However, it can be a great way to get different perspectives of your day. Enjoy!

This orange and brown themed wedding is unique by the fact that the bride and her friends made their centerpieces. These centerpieces are STUNNING, you could easily see this in a florist’s show book. It is that good.
