You have a lot of questions and I have a lot of answers. As my sparking diamond bride you are my top priority and you will always get the service you desire.
VIP Treatment – Unlimited planning time to plan your wedding (Unlimited phone and email support)
Weekly personal interview – Each week we will have a scheduled 30 minute phone conversation to review and update our progress (you will never be out of the loop). One-on-one consultation is usually $100/hr.
Powerful connections – Vendor selection and coordination is one of the most important aspects of a well planned wedding. We will introduce you to some of the finest talent at our disposal and access to all our discounts. These vendors will also be contacted to confirm the details of your wedding prior to the event date. We will also conduct on-site coordination of their services on your Big Day. We will also remind you when your vendor payments are due so you can have peace of mind.
We will meet your vendors together – We will attend in person meetings whenever you want!
Guest seating made easy – We review your guest seating strategies. You’ll be happy to see that the conversation flows just as lovely as the silk on your dress.

Truly make your wedding Uniquely You! With our signature “Favorite Things List” you and your fiancé can discover what makes the two of you unique. (Share a moment with your closest friends to complete our questionnaire. Our best friends sometimes know us better than we know ourselves.)
Knowing what YOU really want is important for us to know as well – From your favorite things list we will design a vision of your wedding. We will then sit down with you and discuss every facet of your wedding so that our planning is aligned perfectly with your vision.
What about Budget? We will put together a budget for you to keep track of where your money is going and help you stay within your budget.

Your criteria will be well-organized and documented with our exclusive wedding planning programs which track the planning process and keeps all parties up to date on every detail. In combination these are worth over $300.
Development of your wedding day itinerary for both ceremony and reception – This will be a fun activity we complete just prior to your BIG day! It will be provided to the bridal party, master of ceremonies, officiant, reception venue, photographer, DJ/Band, baker, florist, etc.

And then…finally YOUR wedding day is upon us! After months of carefully planning your details we will be able to celebrate the BIG DAY!

Our Wedding Day Coordination includes:

Attendance at your rehearsal – A warm up to the big day!! (up to 2 hours)
An entire day of EXPERT wedding day coordination – We will be with you every step of the way. We stay up to your first dance or 9:30pm whichever comes first. But rest assured, nothing is more important than your happiness on the wedding day so should you feel more comfortable with your team staying throughout the celebration, one word from you and it is done. No recruiting of family members and friends – We carefully set up your place cards, favors, and guest sign-in table and put our special touch on all your décor.
Walk into your wedding and it looks just as you imagined – All of your flowers and décor accessories are exactly where you envisioned them to be.
No extra work for your guests – Don’t stress about asking family and friends to set up the decorations at your ceremony or to transport flower arrangements between the church and the banquet hall. We do ALL that!! There’s a strong team on hand to do all the heavy lifting and of course I am there to make sure that everything finds its appointed place.
